What happens at your appointment

Cable route through the garden
The cable is brought from the property boundary to the agreed spot on the house wall – usually underground with a soil-displacement tool, so your garden stays intact.

Building entry
We drill through the wall at the agreed spot and seal the entry gas- and watertight.

Handover point and fibre outlet
The house handover point (HÜP) sits close to the building entry; the fibre outlet (GF-TA) goes where it was agreed during the site survey – usually in the living area.

Testing and fibre modem
We test the line and mount the fibre modem (NT) right next to the fibre outlet.
- 5
Activation and sign-off
We activate your connection, answer your questions and you confirm the work with your signature. You receive the report by email. After that you can connect your router.
Please prepare
- An adult is on site and can sign the report.
- Access to the basement or utility room and to the room for the fibre outlet is clear.
- There is a free power socket near the fibre outlet for the modem.
- Our technicians will show you their ID.
